    Lauren Cassis is an Associate Product Manager for the community association market at AppFolio. She's been at AppFolio for five years, and during that time she's held roles in customer success, customer training, and product management. She leverages her years of customer support, account management, training, and onsite customer visits to provide the customer empathy and expertise needed to guide the development team building awesome products for community association managers.
