CAI's Community Association Law Seminar is the industry's premier event exploring case law and emerging trends impacting the community association housing model. It is brought to you by the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL), one of the most respected groups of community association law professionals in the world. CCAL is celebrating 26 years of its affiliation this year, as well!

Register today for this one-of-a-kind event for a unique learning opportunity to discuss emerging trends and legislative issues important to the practice of community association law, as well as excellent opportunities for professional networking!

This exclusive annual event is developed with excellence in mind, comprising high-level presentations from experts and professionals to keep you up to date on the latest statutes, laws, and legal trends that directly affect your practice. Only the most pertinent topics to your community association clients are covered during this two-day event—ethics, debt collection best practices, mediation techniques, cybersecurity, Fair Housing Act issues, and more. Not only will you be briefed on everything you need to know for the coming year, you’ll earn MCLE credit to fulfill your state’s continuing education requirements.

Join your peers in the highest echelon of community association law practice. Come for the information you can’t find anywhere else, stay for the MCLEs, CIRMS and Insurance CEU credentials, and networking.

    Optional Half-Day Program
An optional, half-day program will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 15, prior to the Law Seminar and for the Managing Partner's Track. Registration for the track is an additional fee.  Click here for more information about this program.

    Improve Childhood Education

Pack your bags with books that local elementary school children can read. CAI’s Annual Law Seminar and CCAL fellows will work with United Way of Southern Nevada to build Reading Packs for Clark County elementary school kids. We encourage you to bring books for fourth & fifth graders. All books will be accepted, as long as they are in good condition.  Clark County is the fifth-largest school district in the country, with 324,093 students filling 336 schools. Of these schools, 279 have Title One status. The Title One program is available to schools with a student base where at least 40% come from low-income families.

By partnering with United Way of Southern Nevada, we can donate extra books to children in need. We will provide you more details on recommended books to buy and how you can make an impact while you are already at Law Seminar!
