    Committees

    You’ll get the most out of your membership if you invest time into helping DFW-CAI committees stay active and innovative. From programs to publications to community affairs, committee members provide the strength that enables the chapter to meet the needs of its member communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. Join one or more committees depending on your interest and time availability.

    Ambassadors of Fun

    Committee Chair: Olivia Hurtado, CMCA

    This dynamic committee lends support to multiple committees, including monthly themes for our educational luncheons, arranging happy hours, the Annual Bowling Tournament, the Diva's Cup, and more...

    Community Affairs

    Committee Chair: Wendy Hazlewood

    Responsible for working with local muncipalities to create half-day educational events to raise awareness amongst self-managed or non-member board members and community association leaders.

    Expo

    Committee Co-Chairs: Olivia Hurtado, CMCA & Cindy Martin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

    Responsible for the overall development and management of the Trade Show including recruiting exhbiitors and sponsors, and promotion of the event.  The Expo Committee works in conjunctions with the Programming Committee to develop the conference seminars.

    Golf Tournament

    Committee Chair: Jeff Higgins

    Schedules, coordinates, and promotes our Annual Golf Tournament.

    High Rise Managers Forum

    Committee Chair: Worth Ross, CMCA, AMS

    Responsible for creating a one-day program addressing the specific needs of High Rise Managers.

    Magazine

    Committee Chair: Betty Crudden, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

    Responsible for the planning and development of content for the Chapter's quaterly magazine.  The committee identifies topics and appropriate content and identifies and recuits appropriate authors and contributors.

    Membership

    Committee Chair: Cindy Martin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

    Explores opportunities to promote CAI to new members, welcomes joining members and describes services, contacts existing members to ensure membership satisfaction, and follows up with lapsed members to bring them back into membership.

    Programming

    Committee Chair: Beverly Coghlan, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

    Charged with the development, promotion, and presentation of educational programs, paying particular attention to the needs of each of the interest groups.  In addition, the Programming Committee may help coordinate the Trade Show seminars with the Expo Committee.
