From programs to publications to community affairs, committee members provide the strength that enables the chapter to meet the needs of its member communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. Join one or more committees depending on your interest and time availability.

Expo & TradeshowCommittee Co-Chairs: Jena Abernathy Responsible for the overall development and management of the Trade Show including recruiting exhibitors and sponsors, and promotion of the event. The Expo Committee works in conjunctions with the Programming Committee to develop the conference seminars. |

Gala CommitteeCommittee Chair: Jared Lacey Responsible for the planning and development of annual Chapter Awards Gala. The committee manages the judging of awards, and overall execution of the event. |

Golf TournamentCommittee Co-Chairs: Billy Abernathy Schedules, coordinates, and promotes our Annual Golf Tournament. |

High-Rise & Condominium Managers ForumCommittee Co-Chairs: Jennifer Spencer, CMCA, and Nathan Watson, CMCA, AMS, PCAM Responsible for creating a one-day program addressing the specific needs of High Rise and Condominium Managers. |

HOA Hotline CommitteeCommittee Chairs: Compiled of managers holding their PCAM, this committee is responsible for providing direction and answering general inquiries from homeowner board leaders in the DFW Metroplex. |

Legal ForumCommittee Chairs: Ashley Koirtyohann Responsible for creating a half-day program addressing various legal topics pertaining to HOAs. |

MagazineCommittee Chair: Tracy Wolin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM Responsible for the planning and development of content for the Chapter's quarterly magazine. The committee identifies topics and appropriate content and identifies and recruits appropriate authors and contributors. |

MembershipCommittee Chair: Cindy Martin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM Explores opportunities to promote CAI to new members, welcomes joining members and describes services, contacts existing members to ensure membership satisfaction, and follows up with lapsed members to bring them back into membership. |

ProgrammingCommittee Chair: Christina Harrington Charged with the development, promotion, and presentation of educational programs, paying particular attention to the needs of each of the interest groups. In addition, the Programming Committee may help coordinate the Trade Show seminars with the Expo Committee. |
