Community Associations Institute is a national, non-profit, membership organization dedicated to the successful creation and operation of community associations.  The Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter was established in 1980 to provide support for the North Texas Area.  Community Contact is published by the DFW-CAI chapter is issued with the understanding the publisher is not engaged in rendering financial, legal, accounting, or other professional services, or be construed as a recommendation for any course of action regarding financial, legal, accounting, or other professional services by Community Contact or its authors and advertisers.  The services of a competent professional should be sought where professional services are required.  The articles appearing in Community Contact do not necessarily reflect the opinion of CAI of the DFW Chapter, and acceptance of advertising does not constitute an endorsement of the product of services.
